Our Grammar Essentials course provides students with a strong foundation in Arabic grammar, enabling them to understand sentence structure, analyse Qur’ānic verses, and build confidence in reading classical Islamic texts.
This course is designed for students who are able to read Arabic and are ready to take the next step toward understanding the language of the Qur’an.
Course Objectives
- Learn the fundamentals of Arabic grammar (Nahw and Sarf)
- Understand the different categories of words in Arabic (Ism, Fiʿl, and Harf)
- Study sentence structure and foundational grammatical rules
- Learn how nouns and verbs function within a sentence
- Develop the ability to identify key grammatical patterns in Qur’ānic verses and classical Islamic texts
- Build a strong foundation for advanced Arabic studies
Through clear explanations, guided exercises, and regular review, students will gradually develop the skills needed to understand Arabic with confidence, Bi’idhnillāh.
